Madison Bumgarner, a left-hander for the Arizona Diamondbacks, pumped strikes, recorded outs, and pitched for a significant portion
On Saturday night, Madison Bumgarner of the Arizona Diamondbacks threw strikes, got strikeouts, and lasted a long time in the game.
Victor Robles was displeased with how the Diamondbacks celebrated his lone home run in the eighth inning of their 7-2 victory.
In the eighth inning, with the Diamondbacks leading 7-1, Robles smacked a Bumgarner cutter 413 feet to left centre.
Bumgarner continued, "Like, it's 7-1, you smash your third home run of the year, and you act like Barry Bonds breaking the record.
"Wash it out. I don't mind stopping the run. Hell, whatever it was, we won 7-2 or 8-2. It's annoying. I'm the grouchy old man.
Since joining the Diamondbacks in 2020, Bumgarner has not made many remarks of that nature, but he was renowned for them earlier.
He then took his time leaving the batter's box and sidestepped his way around the bases.Madison Bumgarner calls Victor Robles "a clown"
